Comprehensive Counseling and Profiling

Divya Overseas has experienced EATC counselors who are specialized in profiling our students to ensure that they are introduced to all of the opportunities abroad relevant to their educational background.

This initial stage is crucial to ensure that we can position our students to maximize the opportunities that are available to them.

At this stage every student will be assigned to one of our case handlers who will be the first port of call for the student if there are any queries. The case handler will also be responsible in ensuring that the student’s application pack is comprehensively completed and submitted on time.

Application Processing

We ensure that the application packs of our students are comprehensively completed and ensure that all of the relevant documentation is in place to maximize their admission opportunity. We will also look at the eligibility criteria for a scholarship within the student’s chosen university, a viable proposition for the right student to alleviate some of the financial burden of studying abroad.

Test Preparation

As part of the application process many universities will require a level of aptitude in one of the English language exams to secure entry, and these take the form of TOEFL, IELTS or GMAT etc.

For our students the Divya Overseas experience is unique in the sense that we manage and operate a number of examination centres across India. This allows us to process our students quickly. We also have a number of associates who can prepare and verse our students in exam preparation to ensure that they have the best possible opportunity to perform well in their respective test.

Visa Counseling

We have years of experience in organizing and submitting successful visa application to our affiliated countries, and our success rate is something that we are very proud of. Our student’s application papers are prepared and scrutinized to ensure that they are in the best possible position to ensure success. We also hold mock interviews with our students to ensure that they are accustomed and comfortable with what might be asked in a visa interview.

The Divya Overseas experience is also unique in respect that our mock interviews are performed by nationals from the U.K, U.S.A and Australia to ensure that dialect does not hinder the application process.

On boarding and Departures

All of our Directors and many of our counselors have worked, lived and studied abroad and they understand the natural anxiety that can be associated with such a big move and change.
